Current Technical Bids

The only purchasing that does not have to adhere to the bid laws / bid list is purchasing that is done with the instructional debit card. All other purchasing (including instructional money purchase orders) must adhere to the bid laws / bid list. If a purchase order is issued for items which have been bid out - you must order from the vendor which was awarded the bid.

Ladies and Gentleman:

Guntersville City Schools is participating in the Alabama K-12 JPITP 2004. The link below is to the State Department Purchasing website. Here is how to use this site. You can order any product from any of the listed Vendors. However the product that you order MUST be that vendors branded product. For example from Hewlett Packard you can order any HP printer / scanner / computer. You CANNOT order a Kodak digital camera from HP. In addition you will find all the contact information for that vendor inside thier link on the left hand portion of the JPITP 2004 website. NOTE: Please purchase printers from this list only. These printers are approved to work with Citrix.
